Brazil is now the world's 6th largest economy. The country has political stability, a healthy economy, a young population, low unemployment rates and, not least, a very large and growing middle class with increasing purchasing power. Hosting both, the World Cup 2014 and the Olympics in 2016, the scenario of positive growth and large infrastructural investments will be intensified in the coming years.

Since 2007, Exact Invest A/S has had an office in Fortaleza, capital of the Brazilian state of Ceará. The company has now a selected group of Danish investors who have invested DKK 400 million in the development of housing for the middle class, as well as retail and commercial properties. We create solid returns by relying on thorough and conservative models, but also by being first movers and identifying the best opportunities in the Brazilian market.

Based on our activities, networks and familiarity with the country, we provide financing and advice to companies wishing to establish or optimize existing operations in Brazil.
