Investor Companies
Our company targets investments in housing development projects and commercial properties, including shopping centers in Brazil. The companies are unlisted stock companies in which investors are investing together with us. The four companies have different investment strategies, but all work in connection with the operations of Exact Invest A/S. Several of the companies are noted in VP Securities and will be placed in a depot with the individual investor.
Exact Brazil A/S, which has the broadest investment range, is expected to be publicly listed and by the end 2013 it will be on the stock market.
