Exact Brazil
Exact Brazil A/S was founded July 1st, 2008. After several capital raises, the company has approximately DKK 204 million in total assets, according to figures from March 2012. We invest broadly in the property market, primarily in the Northeastern region of Brazil, having formed joint venture with local construction companies. We are part of 13 different construction projects, including housing projects to the growing middle class as well as development and construction of shopping centers.
The main characteristic of our investments is the focus on the growing middle class, which in the current economic context of Brazil is a very stable target group. The total sales value of the share of Exact Brazil's projects is approx. DKK 800 million, of which more than half has already been sold.
Since the company started operating, the expected yield is around 17% per year, based on ongoing construction projects and an interesting and continuous pipeline.
Shares are currently registered at VP Securities. Our goal is to be publicly listed and by the end of 2013 we expect to be part of a recognized stock exchange. The aim is to secure a market price formation and a trading platform where buyers and sellers can meet.
