Exact Brazil reaches sales targets for 2011
Projections indicated 834 sold units; 839 were sold
The expectations for the accumulated sales in Exact Brazil ultimo 2011 were 834 units. The realized sales figures have now been determined at 839 units. The AquaViva project has sold slightly better than expected while the Las Palmas project could not quite keep up the same sales rate. The sales statistics do not take into account the two Casas Populares projects, in which old units have been sold in advance to the state bank Caixa Economica Federal.
Brazil is going through a highly positive development stage with large and stable demand in the property market, since the Brazilians have been given better opportunities for mortgage financing. Also, nearly eight million homes are still in demand across Brazil. The Latin country has a historically low unemployment rate of 5.2 % and falling interest rates. Therefore, we have great expectations for sales in 2012.
